Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday:                9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

No appointments are taken during the lunch hour between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., although the business office remains open.

Beginning the month of June through the end of August, office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Scheduling

Your appointments will be scheduled at 4- to 8-week intervals, depending upon the appliances you have. After the appliances are placed, most appointments will generally take about 20 to 30 minutes. Occasionally, when additional bonding has to be done, it will require a 40- to 50-minute appointment.

If an appliance requires a repair, such as a bracket / band coming loose from the tooth, please call us to let us know. However, these can usually be repaired at the next scheduled appointment; if it cannot wait due to discomfort, we set aside time each day to handle these types of appointments. Those times are generally right before and after lunch.

Our schedule does not allow for us to do repairs after school or work. If you have questions regarding whether you should be seen before your regular appointment, please call. Due to the nature of our practice, our schedule does not allow time for walk-in appointments.
