When we remove your braces, we will begin the retention stage. Generally the retainer is worn full time for the first 8 weeks.  After the 8 week check usually bedtime wear is sufficient.  Doctor recommends that you always wear your retainers enough to know they fit for as long as you want to keep your teeth as straight as possible.  Your final orthodontic result depends on your retainers, so follow through with the hard work you’ve put in so far. Remember to remove your retainer before brushing, and brush your retainer before placing it back in your mouth.

 One set of retainers are included in your treatment fee.  If your retainer is lost or broken there will be a replacement charge.
