Appointments
Because of the nature of orthodontic treatment, your appointments will be scheduled every 3 - 10 weeks. There may be times during your treatment where your appointments may be more frequent. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk and then help yourself to our brushing station. You will be called by one of the assistants when they are ready for you. Due to the quantity of patients seen daily, it is very important that you be on time. We do, however, realize that things will happen and you may run late. We will try our best to make things work for all of us but may have to reschedule your appointment.

Consistency in keeping all of your scheduled appointments will have a direct affect on the length of your treatment time. Bent, broken, or loose appliances, and / or missed appointments can easily delay your treatment six to eight weeks with each occurrence. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice anything loose or poking. It usually won't be necessary to get in immediately but we will get you scheduled accordingly. Scheduled appointments are top priority and will be taken ahead of walk-ins. To help us better accommodate you, please call our office and we will get you scheduled.

In the event of an emergency over the weekend, an assistant will be "on-call" to answer any questions or concerns. Simply call our office and the answering service will give you further instructions.
